All Saints Anglican Church lies just off the A303 in the beautiful village of West Camel. The church has recently been refurbished with a new West Gallery at the back. Part of the original Celtic Preaching Cross (dated from before 940AD) is sited close to the communion table.
We aim to serve the whole community and provide and worship in both old and new forms, with regular traditional Book of Common Prayer services alongside alternative approaches. We collaborate closely with the Methodist church congregation in West Camel, who share our church building, and together have developed a form of church called ‘Teatime for the Soul" which meets at 4.30pm on the first Sunday of every month in the village hall. Here we explore the Christian faith through a whole range of different mediums. Starting and ending with tea , cake and sandwiches it is a place to come and explore faith in a welcoming and accepting space.
